Apprentices start a career with Innovise with real responsibility, supporting high-profile projects and developing the skills required to succeed in business.
Innovise IES Operations Director, Eddie Watson commented “In addition to his achievements in the workplace James has achieved excellent results in all of the course modules he has completed. I believe his achievements are evidence that the apprenticeship program offers motivated and capable individuals an incredible opportunity to develop their careers and to make a valued contribution to the economy. From his progress to date I fully expect him to have developed skills and expertise equivalent to, or better than, a university graduate in a shorter period of time.”
