Experienced OSS/BSS Telco Pre Sales Solution Specialist – Location: Europe wide

Are you a solution architect or pre-sales technical consultant with 5 years proven experience in Telco/CSP operations for OSS, BSS, and Customer Management?  If so we need you to come and join our rapidly growing team.

Cortex specialises in process automation and systems orchestration software ranging from fault management in IT & telecoms environment to IT process and business automation and orchestration for clients across a diversity of market sectors.

Who are you?

You will be an innovative and strategic technology architect who can confidently demonstrate agility in the field. We’re looking for someone with a minimum 5 years experience creating successful solutions for large and complex organisations. You will be a self-starter, with a can-do attitude and want to excel in challenging and complex technology environments.


Min. Bachelors degree, preferably in engineering, especially Computer Science / Cybernetics / Electronic Engineering / Control Engineering /  Process Engineering.

What will you be doing?

From the onset, this role will involve working with channel partners and directly with large organisations to  create, prepare and present suitable technology strategies and solutions for Cortex target markets.

  • Building business cases and sales propositions in collaboration with account executives and marketing.
  • Working closely with sales executives and management to drive professional engagement with clients and prospects.
  • Managing and Contributing to RFP/RFI/proposals/proposal sections to deliver a high-quality response in terms of content, formatting and value-adds.
  • Knowledge of different costs in delivery of services and experience of putting together commercial proposals.
  • Rapidly prototype leading edge solutions demonstrating the power of the Cortex Intelligent Automation Platform.
  • Bring thought leadership and client feedback to the technical product management team.
  • Construct and contribute to client’s business case and ROI collateral.
  • Provide regular reporting and performance analysis.
